Receiving and landscaping specified in the Specification of the Conditions for the procurement of municipal waste from properties located in the Sokołów Małopolski Municipality where the inhabitants reside, in a way that ensures the achievement of adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage. Implementation of the service consisting in the operation of the Selective Collective of Municipal Waste, hereinafter referred to as the contents of the PSZOK agreement for the residents of the Municipality of Sokołów Małopolski, together with the development of collected municipal waste. PSZOK is located on Reymonta Street in Sokolów Małopolski and is the property of the Ordering Authority.

1.1. Receiving and landscaping, specified in the Specification of the Terms of Order, municipal waste from properties located within the Sokołów Lesser Poland Municipality, in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage.

1.2 Receiving waste: unsegregated (mixed), segregated, bulky, used electrical and electronic equipment, spent tyres, construction and demolition waste (see scope of the subject of the order for a detailed description).

1.3. Equipment of all properties before 01.01.2022 in:

1) containers for the collection of mixed municipal waste - approx. 4,000 containers,

2) a set of bags for selective waste collection. The estimated amount of bags is 400,000 pieces.

Containers and bags for municipal waste should comply with the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Sokołów Małopolski and the information from the Ordering Party.

1.4. The Contractor is required to prepare, print and deliver to all property owners by a deadline before 1 January 2022 of the municipal waste export schedule. Estimated quantity: 4,000 pieces.

1.5. Implementation of the service consisting of the operation of the Selective Collective of Municipal Waste, hereinafter referred to as in the contents of the PSZOK contract for residents of the Municipality of Sokołów Małopolski, together with the development of collected municipal waste. PSZOK will be open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 7:00 to 12:00, except for statutory holidays. PSZOK is located on Reymonta Street in Sokolów Małopolski and is the property of the Ordering Authority.

1.6. The conduct of environmental education in all schools in the Sokołów Lesser Poland Community

1.7. The Contractor shall be required to use the collected municipal waste in a manner consistent with the applicable law and requirements of the SWZ.
