The purpose of this contract is, on the one hand, territorial engineering relating to the support of economic changes and, on the other hand, technical assistance. Territorial engineering covers the following services:

- support in anticipating and accompanying economic changes and their impact on employment and skills in a sector in Île-de-France;

- support for animation for the accompaniment of territorial actors with a view to the deployment of new systems. The technical assistance covers specialized office support services such as note taking, report writing and design of presentation tools (transcription and graphic layout).

The territorial engineering service is directed in support of:

- anticipating and supporting economic changes and their impact on employment and skills in a sector in Île-de-France;

- the animation for the accompaniment of the territorial actors for the deployment of new devices. the content of its missions varies according to the need of the Ile-de-France Direccte and the lines of work that are established.

The purpose of providing technical assistance is, on the one hand, to support the job and skills transfer service for the preparation and organization of its meetings, and, on the other hand, to provide the secretariat for meetings.
