The purpose of this contract is to select a service provider who will be responsible for:

- Preventive maintenance based on maintenance range;

- Technical rounds;

- Bringing it back into compliance;

- Adaptation, improvement and repair work.

The purpose of this contract is the appointment of an electrical maintenance service provider for LA & LABP buildings, more fully detailed in Chapter III of these Special Specifications.

Flat rate

1. Preventive maintenance based on maintenance range as described in Annex 3 electrical maintenance range

Cash and control services

2. Technical rounds

Technical rounds involve an inspection of equipment and/or installations as described in Part III: Technical Clauses.

3. Compliance

This position includes:

- The accompaniment of the S.E.C.T during the control visit

- Follow-up of non-conformities and the lifting of remarks

- The successful bidder must also inform LA & LABP of changes and additions to the implementing legislation that would have an impact on the buildings entrusted

4. Improvements/adaptations and repairs

This item includes all the so-called repair and or troubleshooting actions on the equipment / installations concerned within the framework of this contract as well as adaptation work.

The successful bidder may intervene directly with the written agreement of LA and / or LABP for all interventions below 1000 € (amount including labor only).

The principle: the successful bidder intervenes for services whose estimate is lower than a total cost of 1000 € (amount including labor only).

Other services are required in order to carry out the four tasks mentioned above.
