Purchase of office furniture and furnishing services

Consultation for the purchase of office furniture and fitting-out services on behalf of the following social security organizations, brought together in an order group: Urssaf Haute et Basse-Normandie, Urssaf Nord Pas de Calais, Urssaf Picardie and urssaf Center Val- de-Loire.

Lot nº 1: seating furniture (standard)

Armchairs and seats for offices and reception areas.

Lot nº 2: ergonomic furniture

Ergonomic armchairs, shelves, footrests.

Lot nº 3: furniture for workspaces, relaxation and catering and accessories

Desks, meeting tables, boxes, cupboards, various furniture.

Lot nº 4: support and advice for the installation of furniture and the layout of spaces

Advice and support for the development of services and spaces within the Urssaf sites of the order group.

Lot nº 5: specific acoustic furniture adaptable to office furniture

Acoustic and visual separation panels / partitions. Acoustic treatment.
