At the beginning of the development of the new Grasbrook district in Hamburg, the first thing to do is to clear the site of the former overseas center. Halls and buildings with approx. 1,000,000 m are to cover an area of approx. 25 ha 3 BRI and approx. 120,000 m 2 Open and traffic areas, approx. 5 km of shunting tracks and many more are demolished. The necessary geophysical ordnance probing and, if necessary, clearance is carried out on an area of approx. 10 ha with a suspected horizon of up to 5 m and above ground level and on approximately 11 hectares with a suspected horizon of up to 15 m and above ground level. This is followed by the creation of public open spaces with only a slight elevation (approx. 80,000 m 2 ) and flood-protected terp areas for infrastructure areas (approx. 42,000 m 2 ) with an elevation of up to approx. + 4 m, which corresponds to a total volume of 230,000 m 3 Installation class Z0 sand. To anticipate the settlement, a temporary elevation of 3.5 m with a volume of around 220,000 m³ is planned in the terp areas. Extensive vertical drainage must be installed to accelerate the settlement.

The construction work is carried out in spatial and temporal sections.

A site visit is strongly recommended to all interested bidders. The site is not freely accessible. Enter at your own risk. Appointments are possible on January 26th, 2021. January 27, 2021 and on February 2, 2021. An appointment with the registration office is required. Appointments are made via the bidder communication in the e-tendering platform.

Minimum requirements for secondary offers (Section 8 (2) number 3 b) VOB / A EU)

- Compliance with all qualitative requirements for main offers from the tender documents (no "slimming offers"),

- Compliance with the contract dates specified in the BVB,

- Assumption of responsibility for the approval of any special technical proposals,

- Assumption of any additional planning costs for any special proposals,

- Since the price is the only evaluation criterion, every special proposal must have an impact on the price in order to be evaluated.
