The object of this contract is the acquisition, implementation and maintenance of the inter-municipal geographic information system for the needs of the Community of municipalities of the Pays d'Ancenis.

This contract consists of:

- a firm phase, including the following services:

—— the supply and implementation of a Websig engine and its administration tool;

—— the supply and implementation of a business application dedicated to the administration of land law;

—— the supply and implementation of a business application dedicated to the management of cemeteries;

—— supply and implementation of a general public cartographic portal;

—— training of users designated by the contracting authority, including the GIS unit;

—— curative and progressive maintenance of said software;

—— hosting the intercommunal GIS (Websig engine, business applications and general public portal);

- an optional phase relating to the supply and implementation of a business application dedicated to economic activity zones.
