the purpose of this framework agreement is to supply office supplies to the various sites of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region (CMAR Paca).

The framework agreement is the subject of a single package.

This Framework Agreement shall be passed in accordance with the formalised procedure. This is an open call for tenders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 2124-1 and 2124-2 and R 2124-1 and R2124-2 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Order Code.

The services give rise to a single-award framework agreement which is executed by purchase orders, without minimum and with a maximum value of 85,000 euros (T.T.C.) for the initial duration of the contract. In case of renewal, the maximum amount will also be 85,000 euros per renewal period.

The estimated date of commencement of the performance of the services is scheduled for December 2022
