The market relates to all supervision and control services for the manufacture of the fuel elements of the RJH.

The procurement procedure adopted under this consultation is the formal open tender procedure defined in Article L. 2124-2 of the Public Order Code (hereinafter referred to as CCP).

In accordance with the provisions of this article, it is specified that there will be no negotiation phase after submission of tenders.

The service concerns in particular:

Firm share:

— the completion of the monitoring of the production of the series heads (10 ECN);

— annual checks on inventories of nuclear materials;

— monitoring of the manufacture of ECN in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the CEA;

— carrying out all the quality and technical checks on the components, manufacture and organisation of the manufacturer;

— the delivery of the deliverables requested in the framework of the service including the various reports and quality records;

— monitoring the end of manufacturing of industrial production of ECU 40 in the second marketing year;

— monitoring the end of manufacturing of industrial production of 50 ECN during the third marketing year;

— the production of documentary deliverables as defined in the specifications.

Estimated benefit for additional services excluding package on BPU (20 additional days of assistance).

This contract is a classified “Secret” level market within the meaning of the Decree of 13.11.2020 approving Interministerial General Instruction No. 1300 on the Protection of National Defence Secrecy (IGI 1300). It does not require the holding of information and/or materials classified by the holder at its premises.
