The scope of the investment includes the execution of the following construction works:

— extension of the provincial road no. 483 on the section from km 5+140 to km 5+936,28,

— extension of the junction of the provincial road no. 485 with the municipal road no. 108279E,

— demolition and construction of pavements,

— construction of a bike path with the authorisation of pedestrian traffic,

— demolition and construction of bus bays together with culverts under exits,

— construction of drainage elements: reconstruction and construction of road ditches with local reinforcement, construction of covered ditches,

— elimination of the section of the melioration ditch,

— demolition of the existing culvert under the provincial road,

— construction of stormwater drains,

— construction of street lighting,

— reconstruction of the electricity and teletechnical network.

1. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 121, the Contracting Authority reserves the obligation to perform the key tasks relating to:

Construction of bituminous layers of roadway structures (basic substructure layer and binding and abrasive layer). This requirement does not apply to the production and transport of mineral-bituminous mixture.

With regard to key tasks reserved for personal performance by the Contractor, the Contractor shall not rely on the capacity of the resource sharing entity, under the principles laid down in Article 118 (1) of the Pzp Act, in order to demonstrate the fulfilment of the relevant conditions of participation in the proceedings.

2. The Contracting Authority shall apply the procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act (i.e. the so-called reverse procedure). In the first instance, the Contracting Authority shall examine and evaluate the tenders and then make the qualification of the Contractor whose offer has been highest assessed in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions of participation in the proceedings.

3. In accordance with Article 310 (1) of Pzp, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of annulment of this procedure if the funds which the Contracting Party intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.

4. The Awarding Entity does not provide for an electronic auction.

5. The Contracting Authority shall not conduct proceedings to conclude a framework agreement.

6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the selection of the most advantageous offer with the possibility

7. The Contractor is obliged to bring a defect in the height:80 100,00 PLN.

8. Pursuant to Article 95 Pzp, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor/Subcontractor employ persons pursuant to an employment contract during the execution of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974. — Labour Code. i.e. employed persons pursuant to an employment contract performing activities during the execution of the contract, covering in particular those listed in point II.1.4), with the exception of persons performing independent technical functions in construction and persons carrying out activities related to carrying out surveying work, design work, including environmental studies, measurement works in the field of power networks and lighting equipment.

9. The Contracting Authority provides for the award, within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract, to the existing contractor of services or works, of a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services or works in accordance with the subject of the basic contract, up to the amount of 2 002 977,70 PLN net.

10. The Contractor shall be bound by the offer for a period of 90 days.
