Operational support consulting IT infrastructure

The aim of this tender is to conclude a service contract with a qualified IT company that provides support services in server and data network support.

The following services are required to support the IT of the AOK Federal Association:

- Advice on the strategic development of the existing infrastructure in cooperation with the client

- Technical advice to the client on server and data network-related topics

- Development of concepts and documentation on server and data network-relevant topics according to the client's specifications

- Advice on the licensing of standard software for the IT infrastructure

- By prior arrangement, it can also be used outside general service hours

- IT-Störungsmanagement (Incident Management) mit Softwareherstellern

- Implementation of manageable projects and project-like activities
