Connection to shore from ships at berth is becoming more and more relevant. Oslo Port Authority wish to build onshore facilities at Vippetangen and require a technical consultant with the necessary experience to design, specify and estimate the costs of the plant. Facilities elsewhere in the harbour may be relevant as additional work.
