Lantmäteriet procures personal protective equipment for employees. The agreement includes protective and high visibility clothing, safety shoes, gloves and other protective equipment. Planned contract start is 2023-09-01 and agreements will be signed with one supplier for all items.

Content and scope of the procurement

Lantmäteriet has a number of employees who work in the field with tasks such as surveying. The work is carried out along roads, in forests, on our mountains and in the archipelago and can expose the employee to risks at work. Lantmäteriet's work environment policy is that the work should be carried out under safe and stimulating conditions. Personal safety is of the utmost importance and in order to prevent injuries and ill health, it is important that the personal protective equipment provided by Lantmäteriet meets the requirements that laws and regulations place on the equipment. The number of employees at Lantmäteriet is about 2200 people and about 600 people (of which 50% women) need this equipment to a greater or lesser degree. Lantmäteriet has about 50 offices that are potential delivery recipients.

Lantmäteriet intends to sign a framework agreement for call-offs after procurement. A framework agreement lays down all the conditions for call-offs carried out during a certain period, except for quantity, which may vary over time.

The contract period is two (2) years with the possibility for Lantmäteriet to extend up to two (2) years. Lantmäteriet will notify the supplier in writing no later than three (3) months before the end of the agreement if the agreement is not to be extended. If this does not happen, the agreement is automatically extended for one (1) year with unchanged terms. After the total extension period has been used, the agreement ends without special notice.

Lantmäteriet also wants the tenderer to submit prices for the products within protective equipment and other assortment in tab 6 in Appendix 1 - Requirement specification/response appendix Personal protective equipment (.xlsx) that the tenderer can provide.

An agreement will be signed with one supplier for all products.
