The Contracting Authority shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship, within the meaning of Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974. The labour code of persons performing the indicated activities related to the execution of the contract: road works, sanitation (rain drains) and electrical (terrain lighting).

It is not required, but provides for, the possibility of a local vision by the contractor before making an offer. Since the order includes robots in the public area, the contractor can make a local vision on his own.

The Contracting Authority does not require and does not allow to check the documents necessary for the implementation of the receipt available on site with the Ordering Party.
