The municipality of Groningen intends to redevelop the building block on Sint Jansstraat in the city center of Groningen. This project consists partly of renovation and partly of new construction. The future main user is FRIDAY; the house for amateur art in Groningen. In addition, spaces will also be rented out by the municipality of Groningen to commercial parties and a number of (rental) apartments are part of the building block.
