The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide the services mentioned below, within the framework of compliance with the general regulations for the protection of personal data:

1) carrying out an audit;

2) the outsourced execution of the missions of a Data Protection Officer (DPD) and possibly the acquisition of software equipment under GDPR governance;

3) support for setting up an internal data protection officer.

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide the services mentioned below, within the framework of compliance with the general regulations for the protection of personal data:

1) carrying out an audit;

2) the outsourced execution of the missions of a Data Protection Officer (DPD) and possibly the acquisition of software equipment under GDPR governance;

3) Support for the establishment of an internal data protection officer;

The services expected within the framework of the framework agreement, will be carried out for an order group formed between the following buyers:

1) the urban community of the South Martinique area;

2) the Municipality of Ducos;

3) the Municipality of Les Anses-d'arlet;

5) the Municipality of Sainte-Luce;

6) the Municipality of Trois-Îlets;

7) the Municipality of Diamant;

8) the Municipality of Marin;

9) the Municipality of Rivière-Pilote;

10) the Municipality of Vauclin;

11) the Municipality of the Holy Spirit.

All the members of the group have signed an agreement constituting an order group by which the Urban Community of the South Space is responsible for the procedure for the signing of this framework agreement on behalf of the partnership and appointed by the expression "the coordinator of the group".

The coordinator of the group and the other members of the group are designated in the documents of the framework agreement, by the expression "the beneficiaries".

The members of the grouping will be able to position themselves on one, several or all the services.

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing successive order forms, depending on the occurrence of their needs by each of the beneficiaries.

Purchase orders are issued in accordance with the terms set out in article 2 of this CCAP.

The holder must be able to simultaneously perform the services mentioned above, requested by one or more order forms for one, more or all of the members of the order group.
