This consultation concerns the supply of a fleet of new or refurbished multifunction printing systems for the services and schools of the City of Nevers, rented with assistance and maintenance of the park.

Candidates will be able to respond with new, refurbished equipment, or both.

all machines will be connected to the internal network of the City and schools. The service will include the supply, delivery, associated licenses, connection, installation and parameterization, production launch of each machine as well as user training in basic functionalities.

regarding the transition from an acquired park to a rented park, the service provider will have to remove the old machines owned by the City of Nevers

Candidates will be able to respond with new, refurbished equipment, or both.

- for the 25 machines to be installed in schools:

The installation will be carried out on all school workstations (about 350 in total) by the service provider at no extra cost.

- for the 42 machines to be installed in the City's services:

The Installation will be carried out on a workstation by the service provider and duplicated by the IT Department as many times as necessary on the other workstations of the department concerned.

Maintenance service includes troubleshooting, cleaning, repairing, tuning, checking and software updates of equipment. It also includes the supply of spare parts regardless of the nature of the breakdown and consumables (toners, drums and staples).

Candidates are free to propose or not a take-back offer for the equipment listed in the annex "list of removal machines". If applicable, on the date of recovery of the machines by the holder, the City of NEVERS will issue a revenue title of the amount provided for in the Estimated Quantity Estimate worth Unit Price Schedule
