Specifically, the supply of the products listed in the technical annex (economic offer form in Excel format) is the subject of the contract, which constitutes an offer form and is an integral part of the Tender Regulations. In particular, the module includes estimated quantities and relative specifications of 4568 products, divided as follows: 2237 of which the general characteristics are provided and 2331 non-fungible in terms of manufacturer and characteristics.

Specifically, the supply of the products listed in the technical annex (economic offer form in Excel format) is the subject of the contract, which constitutes an offer form and is an integral part of the Tender Regulations. In particular, the module includes estimated quantities and relative specifications of 4568 products, divided as follows: 2237 of which the general characteristics are provided and 2331 non-fungible in terms of manufacturer and characteristics.

The non-fungibility is linked to the particular activities carried out in the fields of medical, pharmacological, chemical and biological research which, to ensure the continuity of some scientific experiments for which the correct and certified comparison of data, through standardized protocols, requires to operate with the same products, having found significant differences between producer and producer.

Despite this premise, non-fungible products are put out to tender because, following a pre-market survey, it has been established that these goods are distributed by a large number of suppliers.

It is clarified that, with reference to the list of requested products, sometimes the Product Identification Code is present even if not irreplaceable with the sole purpose of helping the economic operator in the correct identification of the good to be proposed as a possible alternative.

It was decided not to divide these PRODUCTS into lots in view of the complex articulations of the market and the specific needs of each research group and teaching also linked to the repetitiveness and equivalability of the laboratory experiences in progress.

The basic amount of the tender is € 4,414,830.08 excluding VAT.

For this contract there are no interference risks referred to in art. 26, co. 3, Legislative Decree 9 April 2008, n. 81 (D.U.V.R.I.) and ss. mm. Ii.; therefore the amount for security charges from risks of interference is € 0.00 (zero).
