The target is joint procurement, in which the contracting entities are the following contracting entities: Municipality of Inari, Inarin Kiinteistöt Oy, Inarin Vuokra-Asunnot Oy, Kiinteistökehitys InLike Oy, Kiinteistö Oy Sevettijärvi Service Centre, Saariselän Siula Oy and Youth and Nature Tourism Centre Inari Oy.

Both occupational accident insurance and other insurances are invoiced on a customer-by-customer basis. The customer can choose not to take out insurance cover if it makes more sense to keep the risk to themselves.

The insurances are purchased for an indefinite period of time so that the selected supplier commits to the terms and conditions set out in the contract notice and in the invitation to tender and its accompanying documents. The documents complement each other. Contract changes that violate procurement legislation are not possible during the entire contract period. Insurance will be put out to tender again when it is reasonable and timely considering the circumstances. Usually this is done about every 4 years.
