The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the management of municipal waste supplied by the entity or entities collecting / collecting the waste in question from:
- residential properties located in the territory of SGO5 member municipalities,
- summer estate or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes located in the territory of SGO5 member municipalities, in the quantity specified below, within 24 months from the date of the contract, not earlier than from 1.4.2020.
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the utilization, below the types indicated, of municipal waste supplied by the entity or entities collecting / collecting the waste in question from:
1) residential real estate located within the territory of SGO5 member municipalities;
2) summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes located in the area of SGO5 member municipalities, in the quantity specified below.
The term of the contract, i.e. the management of the waste being the subject of the contract, from the date of signing the contract, however not earlier than from 1.4.2020.
2. The member communes of the SGO5 Special Purpose Union of Municipalities are:
- Strzelce Krajeńskie,
- Dobiegniew,
- Game,
- Stare Kurowo.
3. The estimated amount of municipal waste to be managed per year is:
- 7,800 Mg - unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, i.e. waste classified under code 20 03 01,
- 450 Mg - bio-waste constituting municipal waste, i.e. waste classified under codes 20 02 01, 20 01 08,
- 400 Mg - metals and plastics, including plastic packaging waste, metals including metal packaging waste, multi-material packaging, i.e. waste classified under code 15 01 02, 15 01 06,
- 30 Mg - paper and cardboard, including waste paper and cardboard packaging, i.e. waste classified under code 15 01 01,
- 220 Mg - glass, including packaging waste made of glass, i.e. waste classified under code 15 01 07,
- 560 Mg - bulky waste, including furniture and mattresses, i.e. waste classified under code 20 03 07,
- 5 Mg - waste electrical and electronic equipment, i.e. waste classified under codes 20 01 23, 20 01 35, 20 01 36,
- 120 Mg - construction and demolition waste, i.e. waste classified under codes 17 09 04, 17 01 01
- 0.6 Mg - hazardous waste such as medicines, batteries and accumulators, i.e. waste classified under codes 20 01 31, 20 01 32 and 20 01 33,
- 6.0 Mg - worn tires, i.e. waste classified under code 16 01 03,
- 0.5 Mg - chemicals, i.e. waste classified under code 20 01 99,
- 0.1 Mg - fluorescent lamps, i.e. waste classified under code 20 01 21,
- 0.010 Mg - waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, i.e. waste classified under code 20 01 99,
- 0.5 Mg - textiles and clothing, i.e. waste classified under codes 20 01 10, 20 01 11.
