Tunabyggen intends to carry out a ROT renovation of 11 houses divided into four properties, of ten main parts.

The ROT renovation includes kitchens, bathrooms, heating and radiators, all trunks (kv, vv, sewer), electricity / tele / data facility, renovation basement, replacement of some doors, new storage rooms, changed floor plan, painting, some measures linked to fire, demolition and some remediation of blue concrete, asbestos.

The buildings are 50's houses with 3 floors and basement, with 2-5 stairwells per house
