The project concerns the renovation of the Norbert Gertrudis Lyceum in Roosendaal.
A flexible and multifunctional building adaptable to the needs of the zeitgeist is realized. It was decided to largely demolish all expansions. Behind the monumental base, the new extension is realized. The site will be renewed to a large extent.
The total project has an area of 10,873 m² GFA, of which existing to renovate 3,431 m² GFA and new to be built of 7,442 m² GFA.
