1. Name of the contract: Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Jasienica
2. Information on the possibility of submitting partial tenders: The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial bids for one or more selected lots (also for all lots). The subject of the contract has been divided into the following parts:
a) lot 1 of the contract: Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential and uninhabited properties in the Municipality of Jasienica.
b) part 2 of the contract: Maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of PSZOK located in Jasienica, PSZOK equipment, preparation of accepted waste for transport, transport of waste and
their development.
Collection, transport and management of municipal waste on properties where residents and residents do not live in the Jasienica Commune.The scope of this contract for lot 1 covers the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from inhabited and unoccupied properties
in the Commune, starting from 2 January 2024 to 31 December 2024. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 9 to the SWZ.

Maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of PSZOK located in Jasienica, PSZOK equipment, preparation of accepted waste for transport, transport of waste and their management.The scope of the contract in question for part 2 includes: maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of PSZOK in Jasienica, including winter maintenance - snow removal enabling the passage and access of residents to containers / waste containers, preparation of waste, accepted by the Municipality of Jasienica from residents - owners of real estate located in the Municipality of Jasienica, for transport, transport and transfer of waste for the purpose of municipal waste management in accordance with the hierarchy of methods waste management referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act.
