This contract concerns the rental of temporary buildings for the transitional relocation for 23 months, the time of the demolition and reconstruction site (as part of Operation Cœur des sources), of the Saint-Léger school group of Saint-Germain-en-Laye (78). The land made available by the city of Saint-Germain-en-Laye represents ~ 3,000 m 2 for the establishment of a temporary school group. It is currently the municipal surface parking lot located on Rue Saint-Fiacre. On this site, the school group will consist of a seven-class elementary school and its own playground and a four-class kindergarten and its own playground. The service provider will be responsible for the design, obtaining administrative authorizations, installation, maintenance and folding of temporary buildings. The works must be put into service and without reservation by the end of June 2022.

The consultation includes the following steps: deadline for submission of applications (19.7.2021), sending the WFD of the “Offers” phase to admitted candidates (23.7.2021), forecast date for submission of tenders (4.10.2021), forecast date for notification of the contract (19.11.2021).
