The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late, hereinafter referred to as the “Forests Act”) covering work on farming and forest protection, protection of the forest, protection fire protection, logging and breaking timber, and about nursery and semination, to be carried out in the area of the Forest District of Trzebciny in the year 2022
The scope of the object of the contract shall include the total quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and timber, and nursery and semining resulting from Annex 3 to the SIVE, which is made up of Annex 3.1. — the size of the work according to activities, Annex No 3.3. — difficulty zones and spun distances and Annex 3.2 — timber collection sortyment system.
