The Ministry of Taxation's group is facing some IT-professionally very interesting tasks with great social significance. There is a need for consultancy for searching and headhunting employees and, in some cases, managers with high IT professionalism. The future employees will, among other things, solve IT tasks within, for example, but not limited to: Property valuation, collection and customs, transformation of the legacy portfolio, ensuring stable operations as well as development and further development of IT systems in the Ministry of Taxation's group. The employees cannot to a sufficient extent be found through traditional recruitment, which is why the need must be met through search and headhunting conducted by search companies and consultants with special knowledge of and experience in the niche area IT. Activation of candidates is necessary, and it is therefore crucial that suppliers, in addition to having a large current candidate portfolio, use a greater breadth of sourcing channels as well as new technology and communication tools. The need is to ensure the right match in the shortest possible time, which is why suppliers must have a great knowledge of the niche area IT. The contracting entity has not made a division into categories, as the contracting entity considers that a division would disproportionately complicate the subsequent administration and hinder the coordination necessary to satisfactorily meet the contracting entity's needs.
