The client awards these services in its own name and for its own account as the trustee of the city of Bochum for the Feldmark district.

The city of Bochum and the client see it as desirable if, in the above project, construction measures in connection with employment and qualification measures for long-term unemployed are commissioned to a moderate extent. Against this background, the client intends to conclude an agreement that enables him to call up construction services from a company for a certain period of time, taking labor market policy objectives into account.

2. Scope of the service:

The total duration of the order is 24 months; the services described in the tender should be completed during this period.
