In The Association of Norwegian Theatres and Orchestras (NTO). NTO is an Employer and Interest organisation for professional, government backed businesses in music and performing arts.

The association has 46 members in professional music and performing arts. NTO

is organising the purchase of a defined contribution scheme on behalf of the members. The current agreement has 80 — 90 % support in relation to volume of the number of employees.
