The purpose of the Framework Agreement with purchase orders is to carry out maintenance and upkeep work on housing and common areas as well as works for all trades for the rehabilitation and renovation of vacant housing intended for re-letting, within the SACOGIVA heritage. This work concerns - for the private parts: all places or spaces rented or not - for the common areas: all places or spaces other than the private parts. This applies only to works that are not foreseeable and/or not planned by the Client. The nature of the services is indicated in the Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.)
