Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of an Integrated Healthcare service to Immigration Removal Centre (IRC) Morton Hall on behalf of NHS England East Midlands Health and Justice Commissioning Unit.

Expected Outcomes:

— Improvements in health status and the prevention or decrease of morbidity and disability associated with physical or mental ill health and substance misuse.

— Improved uptake of screening and immunisation programmes to reduce the spread of TB, BBV's, HIV vaccine preventable and other infectious diseases.

— Increase in positive health, social and psychological outcomes.

— Services are informed by detainee views and feedback.

— Services that reach out to detainees less able to seek them, such as effectively managing translation interventions and for those with learning disabilities.

— Services that provide personalised care including end of life care where needed.

— Compliance with IRC Operating Standards and Home Office Removal Service Orders.
