1. The subject of the contract is delivery to the City Hall of Piła, Staszica Square 10, 64-920 Piła 2 pcs. servers with software.

2. The delivered servers and all components used for their construction must be brand new, unused, unregenerated, free from physical and legal defects and claims of third parties.

3. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex 5 to SWZ Detailed description of the subject of the contract. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract be performed in accordance with this annex, the requirements specified in the SWZ and in the Draft provisions of the contract.

4. The parameters required in the Detailed Description of the subject of the contract should be understood as the minimum parameters that must be met by the delivered servers.

5. Together with the subject of the contract, the contractor shall provide all necessary licenses for the required software specified in the SOPZ.
