City of Espoo Tilapalvelut (later Tilaaja) is asking for tenders for chimney sweeping of ventilation and grease ducts and for adjusting air volumes in seven sites, which are divided into six sub-areas.

A more detailed description of the procurement can be found in Appendix 1 "Description of the subject matter of the procurement" to the invitation to tender, which is the same as in the current framework agreement on cleaning of the IV and grease ducts (3041/2018, 1836/2021). In addition to the description of the subject matter of the contract, the procurement follows the occupational safety annex and the sanctions table of the framework agreement, which are set out in Annex 2 "Occupational Safety Supplement" and Annex 3 "Sanctions Table" to the invitation to tender.

The appendices to the procurement are not available on the HILMA website of the procurement notices, but in the Tender Service, which is linked to on the HILMA website of the invitation to tender. Reading and downloading attachments in the Offer Service requires registration on the site and logging in to the service.

Subdivisions of the acquisition are:

Subdivision 1: Juvanpuisto School

Subdivision 2: Meritori school and meritori school residential building.

Subdivision 3: Tapiola School and Upper Secondary School

Subdivision 4: Laurea University of Applied Sciences, Leppävaara

Subdivision 5: Leppävaara swimming hall

Subdivision 6: Monikko Leppävaara School Centre

VISIT:

For subdivision 5 "Leppävaara swimming pool", the Client requires the Bidder to participate in one of the mandatory visits arranged by the Client before the offering. Mandatory visits are arranged on the maintenance mornings of the site on Wednesdays 26.4 and 3.5 at 8:00-10:00. The name and address of the property is Leppävaara swimming hall Veräjäpellonkatu 15, 02650 Espoo. The Customer rejects the offer for subdivision 5 if the Bidder has not visited the object during a visit arranged by the Client.

You must register in advance for the subdivision 5 visit no later than on the Monday preceding the visit. Registration is done by e-mail to tilapalvelut.hankinnat@espoo.fi

If necessary, visits to sites in areas other than sub-area 5 will be arranged during week 18 (2.-5.5.2023) at times suitable for the client's representatives.

For voluntary visits in areas other than section 5, you must register no later than Monday 24.4. Registration is done by e-mail to tilapalvelut.hankinnat@espoo.fi the visits will be published in the offer service no later than Wednesday 26.4 at 15:00. Bidders other than those who have proposed the visit may also participate in the visit if they register for it by Friday 28.4 at 15:00. If the registrations do not arrive by the deadline, the Customer reserves the right to postpone the visits, which will be announced separately in the Tarjouspalvelu.fi supplier portal.

The number of persons participating in the visit is limited so that a maximum of 4 persons from a company offering a maximum of 4 people can participate in the visit.

The bidder may bid for one or more subdivisions of their choice.

Intra-subdivision offers are not allowed.

Based on competitive tendering, the client will select a supplier for each area.

The customer does not commit to the stated purchase amounts.

The Tenderer selected as the supplier shall provide the Client's representative with a contract schedule no later than two weeks before the start of the contract, so that any other maintenance and use of the site to be carried out in the summer can be coordinated with this procurement.
