1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located within the Municipality of the City of Blacksmith.

2. Receiving waste from socket points, i.e. bell-type containers in which selective waste collection is carried out, broken down into glass, plastics and metal and paper.

3. Transport of waste to the regional municipal waste collection facility.

4. Processing of waste in a manner that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (t.j. from 2020, item 1439, from d.).

5. In addition, the Contractor:

1) it is obliged to collect from the property or points any quantity of municipal waste collected by the property owner in containers or bags and to collect waste prepared for collection next to the container;

2) it is obliged to provide containers according to the list in the description of the object of the order - only for multifamily development;

3) provide new containers at its expense if, during the performance of the service, damage or destruction of the Contractor's fault of the containers for waste mixed by the occupants;

4) be liable for damage to the assets of the Contracting Authority or third parties caused during the provision of the waste collection service;

5) shall be required to monitor the obligation of the bearing on the property owner in the field of selective collection of municipal waste. If it is found that the owner of the property does not comply with the obligation to segregate the waste, the Contractor shall receive the waste as unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste. At the same time, within 3 working days from the date of occurrence of the described situation, the Contractor shall be obliged to inform the Contracting Authority in writing or electronically

about the defaulting on the obligations of segregation of waste by the property owner.

To the information, the Contractor shall attach documentation - a digital recording made by the apparatus (digital camera or camera and GPS device) located in the car receiving waste from the property and the protocol for the occurrence of such an event. The documentation must clearly result from what real estate concerns, on what date and at what time the event occurred. The documentation will be signed by the Contractor and will also include personal data of witnesses;

6. It is obliged to supply waste at its own expense to the installation provided for replacement service in the event of a regional installation failure;

7) The Contractor shall be obliged to submit to the Contracting Authority at the latest, together with the invoice for the billing period, weight reports detailing the site of waste collection and the quantity and type of waste collected (in accordance with the applicable waste classification) on which to be Annotation is that the waste comes from the area of the Municipality of the City of Blacksmith;

8) The Contracting Authority requires that any vehicle to which the contractor performs the service be equipped with GPS devices;

9) As regards the maintenance of adequate sanitary condition of vehicles and equipment, it is necessary to ensure that these devices are maintained in a proper technical and sanitary condition. Vehicles and appliances must be protected against uncontrolled discharge of waste while transporting them. Vehicles and appliances must be washed and disinfected with a frequency that guarantees their proper sanitary condition, not less often than once a month, and in the summer period, not less often than once every 2 weeks - the Contractor shall have documents confirming the performance of these activities. Vehicles must at the end of the working day be emptied of waste and be parked
