This Program of Requirements sets out the requirements set by the members of the Edugl @s cooperative with regard to the provision of the WAN infrastructure and related services.

The WAN infrastructure applies to current and future members of the Edugl @s cooperative and current members of the cooperative are appointed in the Describe Document.

Edugl @s Framework Agreement

An overarching framework agreement is concluded with Edugl @s for the delivery of fiber optic. The duration of the agreement is 5 years. After these years, the Client has the opportunity to extend the agreement 5 more times for one year.

Participating Foundations Agreement

Subsequently, an agreement is concluded separately with the foundations for the supply of fiberglass. The terms and conditions of this tender are applied. The duration of the agreement is at least 5 years. After these years, the Client has the opportunity to extend the agreement 5 more times for one year.
