Realization of several buildings for tourism within the tourist pole of the sources in Doussard: - a "house of the sources" of 865m ² of SDP which includes a common area of 75m ², a tourist office of 390m ² and a shop / bistro of the country of 400m ². - a "village of service providers" with the construction of a building of 1000m² on two levels + possibility of a posteriorial extension of an additional 1000m². - a hotel with 80 rooms with an approximate surface area of 2,800m². The project management will have for mission

to support the project owner in a response to a call for tenders (firm tranche). Content of the mission: ESQ to APD (building) phases, and PRO to AOR including VISA, and complementary missions. The OPC mission will be the subject of a separate contract.

The contract has optional tranches. Details of the tasks entrusted to the holder are set out in the specifications. Services are regulated by fixed prices.

The contract will be awarded either with a single service provider or with a joint group of prime contractors whose architect will be the joint and several representative, the latter having the right to present himself in only one group. The expected professional skills are specified in the rules of the consultation. Award of a single contract.
