The subject of the order is the collection, transport and processing of municipal sewage sludge from the Central Sewage Treatment Plant (hereinafter: "COŚ") ul. T. Edison 16 in Gliwice and the sewage treatment plant in Smolnica, ul. Łęgowska, in the amount of 16,000 t in the period from March 1, 2020 to March 1, 2013 with SOMETHING and 500 t in the period from March 1, 2020 to March 1, 2011 from the sewage treatment plant in Smolnica.
1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and processing of municipal sewage sludge from the Central Sewage Treatment Plant (hereinafter: "COŚ") ul. T. Edison 16 in Gliwice and the sewage treatment plant in Smolnica, ul. Łęgowska, in the amount of 16,000t in the period from 1/03/2020 to 1/03/2021.
WITH SOMETHING and 500t in the period from 1/03/2020 to 1/03/2021 from the sewage treatment plant in Smolnica.
The Awarding Entity allows sludge recovery consisting in their use by methods specified in art. 96 section 1 item 1-3 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701; hereinafter "uo"), i.e. the R10 recovery process, with the following reservation:
i. The maximum amount of sludge for which the Employer requires that the sludge recovery be carried out by methods other than those specified in art. 96 section 1 point 1-3 uo is: 11 200 Mg / year from COŚ in Gliwice and 350 Mg / year from the Sewage Treatment Plant in Smolnica.
ii. The maximum amount of sludge for which the Employer allows sludge recovery consisting in their use by methods specified in art. 96 section 1 point 1-3 of the Act, i.e. the R10 recovery process is: 4,800 Mg / year from COŚ in Gliwice and 150 Mg / year from the Sewage Treatment Plant in Smolnica.
The amounts of sludge indicated above are maximum amounts. The Purchaser reserves the right to order a smaller (by no more than 20%) number of tons of sludge than specified in the Price Form. The Contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect. Where in the ToR the origin (brand, trademark, manufacturer, supplier) of the materials or standards, approvals, specifications and systems referred to in art. 30 paragraph 1-3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Awarding Entity allows offering equivalent materials or solutions, provided that they ensure obtaining technical parameters not worse than those assumed in the documents included in the ToR.
