The overall service will be awarded in 3 lots (Lot 1: Collection and transport of residual and organic waste, Lot 2: Collection and transport of bulky waste/waste wood and large electrical appliances (including recycling of waste wood) and Lot 3: Collection and transport of waste paper ("collection system")). The term of the contract covers the period from 1.1.2025 to 31.12.2030 (optionally until 31.12.2031, cf. section II.2.7)).
Collection and transport of residual and organic wasteContainer:
• Provision of containers for the collection of residual and organic waste as well as the establishment of a container pool (hire purchase),
• Provision of residual waste bags during the term of the contract,
• Carry out the container modification service and container inventory maintenance.
Collection and transport of residual waste:
• Emptying of containers with a volume of 80 l, 120 l, 240 l, 660 l and 1,100 l every two weeks or the 80 l and 120 l containers also every four weeks (including collection of residual waste bags provided in accordance with the statutes) with identification system,
• Transport of residual waste to the delivery point specified by the client.
Collection and transportation of organic waste:
• emptying of containers with a volume of 80 l, 120 l and 240 l every two weeks,
• Optional: Seasonal additional emptying in summer/autumn (four additional emptying),
• Transport of the organic waste to the delivery point specified by the client.
Collection/transport: bulky waste/waste wood/large e-appliances• Separate collection of residual bulky waste, waste wood and large electrical appliances,
• Bulky waste collection by appointment with the contractor on twelve fixed dates per year,
• Transport of residual bulky waste and large electrical appliances to the delivery point specified by the client,
• Transport of the collected waste wood to the delivery point to be provided by the contractor (including subsequent recycling),
• Handling of the registration system (by telephone and e-mail), including notification of households.
Collection and transport of waste paper (“Holsystem”)• Provision of the necessary waste paper containers and establishment of a container pool (hire purchase),
• Carrying out the container modification service and container inventory maintenance,
• Collection of waste paper via the "blue bin" (120 l, 240 l and 1,100 l containers) every four weeks,
• Transport of the collected waste paper to a suitable and approved delivery point (transshipment facility) of the contractor (including transshipment and weighing).
