The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended) covering works in forest management, logging and skidding to be carried out in the Babki Forest District in the year 2020. The subject of the order was divided into 4 lots (hereinafter: "the package"):

Performing forest management, logging and logging activities in the forestry area:

Package I - Performing works in the field of forest management, logging and logging in the forestry area: Kobylepole and Mechowo,

Package II - Performing works in the field of forest management, logging and logging in the forestry area: Błażejewo and Czmoń,

Package III - Performing works in the field of forest management, logging and logging in the forest areas: Drapałka, Mieczewo and Rogalin,

Package IV - Performing forest management works at the Odrzykożuch forest nursery.

The material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1.1., 3.2.1., 3.3.1. are estimates. A detailed description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the ToR. Description of acceptance of works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR. The detailed description of the order is supplemented with a description of the activities constituting individual works specified in the introduction to the catalog of time standards for forest works (constituting an annex to Regulation No. 99 of the General Director of State Forests of 23.11.2003 on the introduction of catalogs of working time standards for forest works - reference number OR-181-1 / 03) - Annex No. 18.1. to the ToR.
