The subject of the order is delivery of 787 303 liters of L-1 light heating oil for heating purposes, in accordance with the needs of the Employer and Municipalities and Poviats acting jointly, listed as Payers and Recipients, and its successive delivery to these Payers and Recipients tanks. The list of Payers and Recipients is attached as Appendix 1 to the ToR (in a separate file).

1. The estimated amount of fuel oil covered by the order is a total of 787,303 liters.

2. Settlements of remuneration for deliveries of fuel oil will be made individually with each payer listed in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, based on invoices issued by the Contractor after each delivery.

3. Minimum parameters of light heating oil:

1) density at 15 about C can not be higher than 860 kg / m 3 ;

2) the calorific value (energy) can not be lower than 42.6 MJ / kg;

3) the flash point must not be lower than 56 about C;

4) the sulfur content may not be higher than 0.1%;

5. the water content must not be higher than 200 mg / kg;

6) the solids content can not be higher than 24 mg / kg;

7) flow temperature can not be higher than -20 about C;

8) red color.

4. The subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in PN-C-96024: 2011 / Petroleum products - fuel oils / for the L-1 species.

5. The oil supply will be carried out successively (in batches), based on the order placed by the employees of the recipients, listed in the List of payers and recipients, from 8:00 to 15:00 on business days, by fax, by email or in writing. The expected quantities of supplies are on average 4-5 deliveries per year for one recipient.
