STFC wish to purchase 1K and 2K In-vac X-ray CCD Cameras, as specified below.
The total potential Contract value is 500 000 GBP excluding VAT over a 4 year period.
It is anticipated that an estimated 160 000 GBP of this budget will be spent this financial year, ending 31.3.2018. This will consist of a selection of 1K and / or 2K cameras dependant on the outcome of the tender.
UK SBS is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as may be amended from time to time) (the ‘Regulations’).
The award of this Contract will be based on 2 Lots:
Lot 1 — 1k x 1k Cameras
Lot 2 — 2k x 2k Cameras
Potential Providers are invited to tender for one or more Lots on an individual basis.

The Contract is an estimated contract value of 500 000 GBP excluding VAT over a 4 year period. All submissions will be assessed in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, for procurement values that exceed Regulation 5 (Threshold amounts). This procurement will be managed electronically via the Crown Commercial Service's e-Sourcing Suite. To participate in this procurement, participants shall first be registered on the e-Sourcing Suite. Once you have registered on the eSourcing Suite, a registered user can express an interest for a specific procurement.
This is done by emailing ExpressionOfInterest@crowncommercial.gov.uk
Your email must clearly state: the name and reference for the procurement you wish to register for; Your organisations full name as a registered supplier; the name and contact details for the registered individual sending the email. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) will process the email and then enable the Bidder to access the procurement online via the e-Sourcing Suite.
The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done. As a user of the e-Sourcing Suite you will have access to Emptoris.
