The scope of the order includes:1) the delivery and implementation of the city and municipal bicycle system, including፦ delivery of 180 pieces of bicycles connected by the system with complete equipment - hardening and zoning of the land for bicycle stations; - delivery and installation of modular passive bicycle racks for 17 stations with 15 parking spaces and 17 information totems at each station; - project promotion (signage of elements of the city and municipal bicycle system); - dedicated website, system operator software and mobile application,2) management and comprehensive service Operation of the system.

Deadline for execution of the contract: from the date of signing of the contract to 15 September 2022, including the deadline for delivery and implementation of components of the municipal and municipal bicycle system shall be fixed until 15 March 2022.

As part of the detailed implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to provide 180 pcs of bicycles connected by the system with complete equipment, incl. 10 cargo bikes (including: 1 pc. Commune Chełm, 1 pc. Commune Stone) ,5 pcs. tandem bicycle,15 pcs. Classic bicycles with a seat (including: 2 pcs. Commune Chełm, 1 pc. CommunaStone) ,140 classic bicycles with basket,10 classic bicycles with basket-on reserve equipment; 2) deliver modular passive bicycle racks in 17 locations with 15 parking spaces allowing any number of racks configuration, including 14 stations located on the territory of Chełm city, 2 stations on the territory of Chełm municipality, 1 stations on the territory of the municipality Kamień and 17 information totems for each of the stations,3) prepare bicycle stations (curing and development of the area for bicycle stations) together with installation of bicycle racks and information totems, 4) prepare visual identification of stations and bicycles in agreement with the Ordering Party. At the same time, the Contractor will be obliged to put on the elements of the system marking in accordance with the provisions contained in the “Guidelines for information and promotion of cohesion policy operational programmes 2014 to 2020”, which constitutes the extracted cost of promotions,5) prepare, conduct and update the dedicated website of the system and the registration module with the application in agreement with the Order,6) prepare the rules of use of the city and municipal bicycle system in agreement with the Order,7) start and ensure the operation of the telephone Service Office Customer, during the period of completion of the order, since the launch of the System,8) provide 24-hour access of registered users to the city and municipal bicycle system,9) train a minimum of 3 persons appointed by the Ordering Party from the operation and use of the system (including control and acquisition data from the IT system), the operation of bicycles and warranty conditions. As part of the training and during the period of the contract, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party access to a minimum of 3 accounts in the system with service privileges to perform control activities at the station and in the IT system.Accounts will be supported in Polish. in accordance with the rules laid down in Article 139 (1) of the Act.
