Arts Council of Wales is seeking to appoint an organisation(s) with the relevant vision, experience and skills to provide national box office data analysis and audience insight services to performing arts venues in Wales. The audience insight service, while providing monitoring information for the Arts Council, will support individual arts organisations to develop their audience intelligence and encourage a coherent nationwide approach to collecting, sharing and benchmarking audience data.
