This contract concerns the provision of broadband Internet access services and broadband connection services between two buildings occupied by the Parliament of the
French Community, namely:
- The Hôtel de Ligne located rue Royale, 72 to 1000 Brussels
- The Hotel du Greffe located rue de la Loi, 6 in 1000 Brussels
This contract comprises 3 lots which have as their object the following services:
- Lot 1: A high-speed and completely redundant connection from Parliament to
Internet, by means of two completely independent fibre lines leading to
different Internet access points, as well as a set of Internet services
annexes, mainly:
DDOS protection services upstream of the Internet connection
Anti-spam relay services upstream of the Internet connection
DNS services for the IP address range of the Internet connection;
PKI services (digital certificates) in particular for protection
cryptographic servers in the IP address range of the connection to
Internet.
- Lot 2: A double broadband connection between the two Parliament buildings,
with separate wiring paths and separate introductions into buildings
- Lot 3: A backup connection to the Internet
