Replacement construction of the Wallstrasse bridge, technical supervision of the superstructure / structural engineering, overhead line systems, control and safety technology, telecommunications systems, technically authorized persons 4.2

The Wallstrasse bridge is located between Fritz-Reuter-Strasse and Eisenbahnstrasse / Reiferbahn in the Paulsstadt district of Schwerin. The bridge crosses the double-track electrified route 6441 Wismar-Dömitz operated by Deutsche Bahn AG at km 65.2 + 50.

The Wallstrasse bridge is in a condition that requires a new replacement. For the operation of the DB AG, a special permit has currently been granted for the clearance profile, which is not applicable when the bridge is rebuilt. That is why railway construction work and also services for laying sewage and drainage pipes are required here.

The overall construction project "Replacement Bridge Wallstrasse" includes the construction work for the replacement of the bridge as well as the services required in connection for the construction of the railway and the laying of lines.

The technical construction supervision of the categories superstructure / structural engineering, overhead line systems, control and safety technology, telecommunication systems as well as the services of the technically authorized person 4.2 are to be provided.

Minimum requirements (conditional exclusion criteria):

1. Proof of liability insurance with a sum insured for personal injury in the amount of EUR 3 million, twice maximized,

2. Proof of liability insurance with coverage for other damage (property and financial damage) in the amount of EUR 3 million, doubled,

3. Proof of construction supervisor railway - prequalification by DB AG for services on infrastructure systems of the DB group according to VV BAU / BAU-STE in the categories:

- Construction supervisor superstructure / structural engineering,

- Construction supervisor control and safety technology,

- Telecommunications construction supervisor,

- Construction supervisor electrical engineering,

4. Proof of valid authorization as a technically authorized person 4.2,

5. Professional experience of the personnel planned for the measure in the construction supervision of railway operations at least 10 years

6. Evidence of the annual turnover of the last 3 years of at least EUR 1.0 million annually,

7. Self-declaration to ensure personal accessibility / presence of the construction supervision on the construction site within 60 minutes,

8. References from the last 5 years that are comparable to the advertised service

9. Extract from the professional register, trade or partnership register for legal persons,

Award criteria:

1. Quality of the technical and content-related approach - weighting: 60%, max.points: 3,

2. Quality of the methodical-organizational approach - weighting 40%, max. 3 points,

The best price-performance ratio is determined as follows:

An applicant must achieve at least 80% of the possible points. If he succeeds, the points achieved (P) are multiplied by a factor of 100,000 and divided by the offer price without additional costs (A). The result is the surcharge code (Z). The applicant with the highest award number will receive the contract:

Z = P x 100,000 / A.
