1.1 Location of the construction site/The district craftsmen Steinfurt-Warendorf branch Rheine is building a new building on a new urban development area in the city of Rheine. In this new building, premises for metal, welding, automotive, electrical and SHK trades will be implemented according to the HPI's ideal space program. There is currently no building on the property. In advance, the city of Rheine removed predecessor buildings and processed the site.
The Hamm-Emden railway line runs in the immediate vicinity to the west of the construction site. Any resulting restrictions such as B. the swivel range of the construction crane etc. must be taken into account when setting up and handling the construction project by the companies involved.
1.2 Car traffic/The entry and exit takes place from the north via Albert Einsteinstraße and south via Laugestraße. The connection to the higher-level road network takes place via the A 30 as well as federal highways B 70 and B 481. There are only a very limited number of parking spaces on the site. Further public parking spaces are available on Laugestraße and at the former location of the district craftsmen on Laugestraße No. 51.
1.3 Truck traffic/Truck access (supply and disposal as well as the possibility of delivering or transporting mechanical components, etc.) to the building is similar to car traffic. Due to the cramped parking space, only delivery and no parking of the trucks is possible.
1.4 Type and location of the structural installations/The new building will be built on one to two floors. The building is oriented from northeast to southwest, flanking the railway line. The building is divided by two elongated workshop hall ships connected by a central development or supply axis.
1.5 Conditions on the construction site/ No other buildings are available on the site, the use of the area is largely possible without restriction within the framework of the planning plan. The fire brigade installation areas marked in the construction site installation plan are to be kept clear all the time.
The public roads are to be kept free at all times for flowing and passenger traffic as well as for emergency vehicles. It must be ruled out that waiting delivery vehicles in front of the construction site area cause disabilities.
Soiling of the roads caused by the construction site operation, as well as damage to the traffic and open spaces by construction vehicles must be avoided. Damage caused is to be borne by the contractor (AN). If the roads are contaminated by your own fault, they must be cleaned immediately at your own expense.
1.6 Connections for water, energy and wastewater/The Rohbau trades set up 1 construction power subdistribution unit with 16 and 32 amp sockets each. Construction water is also provided by the AG, and the pipeline routing and the assembly of the respective sampling points on the components is carried out by the AN shell.
1.7 Storage and working rooms/storage areas on the construction site can only be made available to a limited extent (see construction site setup). Daily accommodation is provided to the AN, locked storage rooms and offices cannot be made available and must be erected by AN itself. The location and scope of storage rooms and office containers must be coordinated with local construction management or safety coordinator.
1.8 Special requirements for disposal/Unless otherwise provided, waste is generally collected in containers that each trade provides for its own waste on its own responsibility and on its own account and regularly disposed of professionally. Costs for containers and disposal are to be included in unit prices. The relevant certificates and proof of disposal must be submitted to the construction management by the contractor. If the AN fails to comply with this obligation, the waste may be disposed of by another company at his expense.
A cover or a closed version is to be provided for the rubble containers in order to reduce the dust development when filled. Costs for rubble containers are to be included in the unit prices. Burning waste is prohibited.
1.9 Protected areas or protection periods in the area of the construction site/Noise-intensive work is required in compliance with the law. to implement regulations and, if necessary, requirements of the city of Rheine in this area.
1.10 Protection of trees, planting stands, vegetation and traffic areas/Not specified.
1.11 Existing sewage and supply pipelines/The client has information on existing lines, which can be viewed or requested depending on the work of the own trade union.
1.12 Building cleaning/Building cleaning is regarded as an ancillary service and is not remunerated separately.
1.13 Construction meetings/After placing an order - in any case before the start of work - the AN must appoint the construction management's intended site manager (foreman) in writing. The latter must have the necessary training and qualifications for the work to be carried out and be able to speak, read and write fluently German.
This specialist site manager must be authorized to receive instructions from the site management and act on behalf of the contractor.
The contractor must send the specialist site manager or an authorized, competent representative to the weekly meeting. Exemptions from this obligation can only be granted by the site management in individual cases.
1.14 A construction diaries/The contractor must prepare a daily assembly report containing all the information that may be relevant for the execution or settlement of the contract. This includes, among other things:
· Information on weather and temperatures (if relevant to the trader) · Start and respective status of services · Number and qualification of employees employed · Information about subcontractors employed with personnel strength and their qualifications · information on substance tests · information on interruptions and delays of the Work · Information on acceptance by authorities, performance testing, etc., special events The entries in the construction day report have documentary significance. The construction day reports are to be handed over to the AG site manager once a week with a copy. (copy 1 = AG, copy 2 = site management) 1.15 A complete construction site setup plan for the work of his own trade union on the basis of the overall measure's planning must be submitted for approval within 2 weeks of placing the order within 2 weeks of placing the order. The costs must be included in unit prices by the AN. The provision of lockable rooms is not an on-site service.
1.16 Dates/The contract dates are regulated in the contract documents. At the latest 3 weeks after placing the order, a detailed schedule (division into construction phases showing the initial, interim completion and total completion dates, measures relating to construction site equipment, etc.) must be handed over to the site management of the AG. The AN regularly adjusts the schedule - at least every 4 weeks or upon request by the contractor's site management.
1.17 Building sign and advertising material/The AG sets up a building sign, the AN can purchase space on the building sign for a flat rate of €250. It is not allowed to attach company signs or similar to the construction fence/containers/scaffolding.
1.18 Inventory documents/Construction documentation is to be produced by the contractor in three copies as well as in digital form. The creation of inventory documents is remunerated separately.
1.19 Insizing/The AN of the shell construction trade measures height marks and meter cracks inside and outside the buildings.
