The city of Wittenberge will host the State Garden Show in 2027.

In preparation, an approx. 20-hectare LAGA park is to be built, which at the same time represents the area subject to admission later (core area). This core area of the garden show comprises four park sections, each with its own character, which are spatially directly related. Approximately in the middle of the park, a road runs in a north-south direction, which spatially separates the area subject to admission, but is not functionally intended to be a barrier for garden show visitors.

With the exception of an area of approx. 1 hectare (innovation quarter), the long-term investment measures planned for implementation in the area subject to entry at a later date are to be funded by the European Union (LEADER programme). The total volume of this funding amounts to around 10.0 million euros and is to be used for the most part for gardening and landscaping measures. Within the framework of the promised total budget, however, building construction measures may also be financed, provided that they are in the context of LAGA.

The subject of this procurement procedure is exclusively project management services for the measures funded by the LEADER programme. In order to implement the investment measures for the State Garden Show 2027, both basic services based on the publication series No. 9 AHO "Project Control/Project Management" (issue No. 9, 5th edition 03/2020) as well as special services outside the scope of services described there and the provision of a plan server are required.

The object of the contract is project management services for the implementation of the investment measures for the State Garden Show 2027, which include both partial basic services based on the publication series No. 9 AHO "Project Control/Project Management" (issue No. 9, 5th edition 03/2020) and special services outside the scope of services described therein.
