The services are the subject of a single-award framework agreement executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts, without minimum amount, with maximum annual amount. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 1 year. It can be renewed 3 times tacitly per period of 1 year without however its duration exceeding 4 years. The estimated value indicated under the heading "Quantity and extent" is annual and without commitment on the part of the Department
