The school on Windberg in Zwickau is a 4-course primary school without after-school care.

The school building is a multi-storey building from 1975 in prefabricated construction with a flat roof.

The focus of the measure is the energy-efficient renovation of the building envelope, facade, windows including shading and the exterior doors.

In the basement area in the rooms for technical use,

moisture damage to the walls is recognizable and professionally rehabilitated.

As part of the measure, changes are made by the user on the 1st floor,

merging rooms to enlarge the former video room and

the teachers' room, enlargement of the dining room on the ground floor as well as the conversion

of the storage room “Theaterfundus” to the group room.

As a result, it is necessary to adapt the fire protection concept.

In the course of the renovation, the sound insulation requirements for the classrooms are

Lot 2 outdoor spaces

In order to improve the quality of stay, the outdoor areas around the building need to be revised in terms of planning. ventilation system. The decentralized hot water supply is to be maintained.

Lot 4 Technical equipment ELT (electrical engineering)

The energetic refurbishment of the electrical installation includes the lighting system. Furthermore, the fire protection upgrade of all technical systems is a major renovation goal.
