The object of the contract is the joint award pursuant to art. 59 paragraph 1bis of Legislative Decree 50/16 and art. 48 of DL 77/2021 conv. in Law 108/2021 of the final / executive design including complementary technical services and the realization of the expansion works of the GIORGI and ORIANI-MAZZINI school complex located in Viale Liguria, 19 MILAN, in accordance with MITE Decree no. 256/2022 containing the CAM - Financed by NEXTGENERATIONEU - Mission 4 Component 1 INV. 3.3 of the PNRR – CUP: I45H18000540001 – CIG 9979075134, through the completion of an open procedure pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/16, as better described in the tender documents.
