ANNOUNCEMENT ESTABLISHING THE DYNAMIC ACQUISITION SYSTEM (SDA) FOR THE SUPPLY OF PAPER AND STATIONERY FOR NON-HEALTH INSTITUTIONS OF THE LOMBARDY REGION, BANNED BY THE PROVINCE OF BRESCIA AS AN AGGREGATOR AND IN COLLABORATION WITH THE MUNICIPALITY OF BRESCIA

SDA (Dynamic Acquisition System) for the supply of paper and stationery intended for the contracting stations (non-health bodies of the Lombardy Region) and announced by the Province of Brescia, as an Aggregator Subject, pursuant to Article 38, paragraph 2 of the Code in collaboration with the Municipality of Brescia, according to the "Scheme of Collaboration Agreement, pursuant to Article 15 of Law no. 241/1990 and subsequent amendments, between the Province of Brescia and the Municipality of Brescia, aimed at the activation and management of a dynamic acquisition system", approved by President's Decree no. 86 of 28.04.2022 and signed by the two Bodies on 10.05.2022.
