The tender contract concerns the provision of equipment according to the level of comfort desired by the City of Morges and allowing the reception of users.

It will include financing, studies for the establishment of the building permit (since phase 31), its removal and the realization of the work necessary for the operation of the building and the reception of the public according to the requirements of the City of Morges to meet at least the energy strategy of the City of Morges.

It also includes a commitment to energy consumption of the ice rink throughout the duration of the contracting, as well as maintenance and possibly major maintenance and renewal (GER) of the technical installations. The City will retain the day-to-day management of the facility and its ongoing maintenance.
